1. 어떤 정보를 처리하나요?
기기에 저장한 인물·연락처·이벤트·관계·사진과 사용자가 입력한 프로필 정보는 앱 기능을 위해 처리됩니다. 클라우드 로그인 시 계정 이메일, 인증 제공자, 기기 세션 정보와 암호화된 기록을 인증·동기화·복구에 사용합니다. 연락처와 사진은 사용자가 기능을 선택할 때 접근합니다.
We process the people, contacts, events, relationships, photos, and profile details you choose to add. Cloud sign-in processes your email, identity provider, device sessions, and encrypted records for authentication, sync, and recovery. Contacts and photos are accessed only when you choose those features.2. 암호화와 동기화
클라우드 기록은 암호화해 저장합니다. 계정과 이메일 인증을 통한 새 기기 복구를 지원하기 위해 서버는 데이터 키를 암호화해 보관합니다. 따라서 Figure에서도 기술적으로 복호화할 수 없는 종단간 암호화라고 설명하지 않습니다. 회원 탈퇴 시 클라우드 계정과 기록을 삭제하며 기기 내 기록은 기기에서 별도로 제거해야 합니다.
Cloud records are encrypted. To support account and email-verified recovery on a new device, the server stores a wrapped data key. This is not end-to-end encryption that technically prevents decryption by Figure. Delete local records separately from your device.3. AI 기능
AI 기능은 별도 동의 후 사용할 수 있습니다. 질문과 선택한 참고 기록은 OpenAI에 전송됩니다. 저장된 인물 이름은 별칭화하고 기록된 전화번호와 이메일 주소는 제외합니다. 자유 입력란에 민감한 정보를 입력하지 마세요. AI 이미지 생성 시 입력한 묘사가 OpenAI에 전송됩니다. Figure의 상담 서버는 질문과 답변 원문을 대화 데이터베이스에 저장하지 않습니다. OpenAI API 데이터는 기본적으로 모델 학습에 쓰이지 않으며, 오용 감시 목적으로 최대 30일 보관될 수 있습니다.
AI requires your separate consent. Questions and selected context are sent to OpenAI; stored names are aliased and stored phone numbers and email addresses are excluded. Do not enter sensitive details in free text. Image generation sends your prompt to OpenAI. Figure does not store raw advice questions and answers in a chat database. OpenAI API data is not used for model training by default and may be retained for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring.4. 신고·보관·삭제
AI 답변 또는 생성 이미지를 신고하면 선택한 내용과 사유를 검토를 위해 최대 30일 보관할 수 있습니다. 질문이나 이미지 묘사를 포함할지는 사용자가 선택합니다. 삭제된 기록과 안전 스냅샷은 복구를 위해 최대 30일 보관될 수 있으며, 서비스 제공 업체의 운영 백업과 법적 보관 의무는 별도로 적용될 수 있습니다. 계정 삭제는 회원탈퇴 페이지에서 요청할 수 있습니다.
Reports of AI responses or generated images may be retained for review for up to 30 days. You choose whether to include your question or image prompt. Deleted records and safety snapshots may be retained for recovery for up to 30 days. Provider backups and legal obligations may apply separately.5. 서비스 제공자와 국외 처리
Supabase는 인증, 데이터베이스, 암호화 저장을 제공하며 프로젝트 리전은 Seoul (ap-northeast-2)입니다. OpenAI는 동의한 AI 상담 및 이미지 생성을 처리합니다. Google은 광고와 Android 결제를, Apple은 로그인과 iOS 결제를 처리할 수 있습니다. 광고가 활성화된 경우 AdMob이 IP 주소, 대략적 위치, 기기·앱 식별자, 광고 상호작용 및 진단 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 본문용 웹 글꼴 일부는 Google Fonts에서 불러오며 방문 시 IP 주소와 브라우저 요청 정보가 Google에 전달될 수 있습니다. DM Sans 로고 글꼴은 사이트에 포함된 파일로 제공합니다.
Supabase provides authentication, database, and encrypted storage in Seoul (ap-northeast-2). OpenAI processes consented AI features. Google may process ads and Android purchases; Apple may process sign-in and iOS purchases. When ads are enabled, AdMob may process IP address, approximate location, device and app identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostics. Some body fonts load from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address and browser request information. The DM Sans logo font is served from a bundled site asset.6. 이용자 권리와 문의
